About Us - Company history

ClientSat was established with customer success as the basis of our business decisions. The company’s principal partners each have over 20 years education, training and experience in the engineering and information technology fields. Our competencies lay in the development and implementation of IT solutions. We share a unique experience gained as charter members of the team that built the Microsoft Services Federal Practice for the Microsoft Corporation. At the outset of that effort our goal was to ensure our consultants were the best in the world and that our clients were successful and satisfied with the implementation of Microsoft's software and ongoing support services. If for some reason clients were not satisfied then we would "Make It Right". That approach to services contributed to a long list of satisfied customers, huge demand and growth for the Federal Sales and Services team, and increased market share for the company. Our goal is to apply these principals and our lessons learned through developing and implementing Microsoft based technology solutions to help ClientSat customers succeed.
