Meet Our President and CEO
Our President and CEO, Roberta Moore founded Amoorer, Incorporated in 2002 and is responsible for its growth and formulation. Amoorer is an emerging 8(a) Certified, HUBZone, Woman-Owned, small business. Ms. Moore has a reputation as a creative problem solver and effective manager capable of making a significant contribution to the corporate bottom-line. Ms. Moore has in-depth skills in the development of operational and strategic business planning. Ms. Moore served as a civil servant for the Department of Defense, United States Navy for almost 10 years.
Ms. Moore has detailed experience in financial and business planning and developing policies and procedures appropriate for service delivery of all types of government contracts. Ms. Moore is a U.S. Citizen and has a SECRET security clearance. Ms. Moore currently vests complete responsibility and authority for the delivery of support services for all Amoorer’s operations. She has complete control over all resources such as consultants, facilities and equipment, and financials. In addition, she takes responsibility for all contractual requirements. Ms. Moore also monitors the quality of all products and services provided to Amoorer’s customers. Ms. Moore manages all subcontractor activities. She ensures that the personnel provided meet all contractual requirements for education, experience, and security. She oversees the performance of these subcontractor relationships. Ms. Moore is responsible for Amoorer’s marketing and its business development. Ms. Moore’s philosophy is “Commitment, Integrity, Personalized Service and Value for your money.” |
